On Saturday night, Southern Living is hosting a special Biscuits & Jam Concert, Lowcountry Boil, and Pig Roast (May 2 at 7 p.m.; $75 all-inclusive, tickets still available) at the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. Come see breakout Southern band Houndmouth, who recently performed on Letterman and are currently on tour for their latest album Little Neon Limelight. Jimmy Hagood of Food for the Southern Soul is cooking up a Lowcountry boil and roasting a pig; Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit will be slinging their buttermilk bites; and we’ll have drinks on hand from High Wire Distillery, Charleston Distilling Co., Palmetto Brewery, Striped Pig Distillery, Holy City Brewing, and Spire Wine Collection.
